We offer you the possibility of placing a reservation order if there are more than 3 months left before your event. This way, we reserve workshop time, fabrics, and accessories to ensure that we will be able to assist you.
During periods of high order volume, we must close our workshop schedule. For this reason, the best option is to make your reservation as soon as you know which collection you would like, as we craft each garment by hand for every client close to the date of the ceremony.
We also reserve the fabrics in advance to prevent any possible supply shortages and to avoid variations in color dye lots. Everything is focused on providing excellent attention and service, knowing how important every detail is when preparing such a special event.
How do I make my reservation?
Contact us via WhatsApp at +34 650 512 603 and I will personally request the necessary information to process your reservation:
- Full name and complete address
- ID number
- Contact phone number
- Chosen collection
- Garment model and color for each boy and girl
- Children’s ages (for approximate sizing)
- Wedding date
Your order will include the collection you liked most in sizes approximately corresponding to the children’s ages. I say “approximate” because this is only a reference to reserve the necessary fabric. The exact size will be determined at the time of production (8–10 weeks before the event), when we will contact you to take simple measurements to ensure the correct fit for each child.
We will send you the reservation request via WhatsApp, and to confirm it, a 50% payment will be required.
If, at the time of preparing your order, one of the children is unable to attend, or if an additional child is added, the difference will be adjusted in the remaining balance.
Once you reach this point, you can relax and leave everything in our hands. We will request the measurements when production begins and ship the garments 4–5 weeks before the event. Always with sufficient time for you to try them on and, if necessary, make any size adjustments.
