Exchanges and Returns Policy
We value our customers’ satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible. Below, we detail our exchanges and returns policy:
Returns
Returns are not accepted, as all garments are made exclusively for each customer.
When an item is made to measure, neither size exchanges nor returns will be accepted.
Size Exchanges – How to Request One
Steps to follow:
Contact us at +34 650 512 603 and provide the following information:
Order number or buyer’s name
Specific details of the exchange, including the item and the new required size
Once your message has been received, we will begin the production process for the new garment.
Only one exchange per garment is permitted.
Size Exchange Process
At DeLucía Vestidos de Arras, we strive to simplify the process as much as possible so our customers have a positive shopping experience. When your new garment is ready, the courier will deliver it and, at the same time, collect the original garment.
The cost of shipping the new garment is covered by the company.
The cost of returning the original shipment is the customer’s responsibility.
Payment for the return of the original garment must be made within 7 calendar days before the new garment is shipped. The amount to be paid in this case is €4.90 and must be made via Bizum to +34 617 025 879, account holder “Lucía C.S.”
General Conditions
The deadline to request a size exchange is 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.
Exchanges and returns are not accepted for special headpieces, wedding ring cushions, and baskets, as these items are custom-made exclusively for the customer.
